"Had a wonderful weekend at this cottage although we had a lot of rain. Beautiful View of the river. Very well stocked with anything you may need. Only negative was it was very muddy, pretty much calf deep to get down to the water. As there has been weeks of rain lately though this is probably not normally the case. The home also had no outdoor water faucet/ hose but thankfully my son had brought a 5 gallon bucket with so we could fill it in the cottage and bring it outside to wash muddy feet...

"Peaceful and quiet.. very relaxing with a few thoughtfull amenities. They left us wood for the fire pit and they had kayaks, a canoe, and a bunch of games and books. The creek flows right past the balcony. We felt like we were miles away from everything and yet the busy town of mill hall and lock haven are just 10 min away."

"Wonderfully constructed property with great view of the area. Inside amenities reflects that of a high end residence. As we checked out, my wife accidentally left her phone. The owner was very helpful and supportive of mailing the phone back to us. Her actions alone warrants a five star rating!"

"We stayed in the Retro unit last year when my son graduated from Penn State and had a great experience so this year we opted to stay in his “stylish getaway” unit and we liked it even more than the retro unit! the apartment is spacious, charming, comfortable, nicely decorated and stocked with snacks and a nice coffee bar setup.
