"The room had not been properly prepared and was clearly unclean, with roaches present in the room. Additionally, the receptionist was not at the desk upon my arrival, and I had to wait over 15 minutes before she returned to check me in. When she did arrive, I was rushed and informed that I only had about three minutes to inspect the room before additional charges would be applied due to the check-in time. "We had a great stay on March 7th and 8th. We had the corner room facing the shops. It was the first warm weekend of the year and the sidewalks were full of people shopping. My room was clean and the fridge and microwave worked. The bathroom could be nicer as far as the shower stall has some stains but it was clean. The gentleman that works in the office was super nice and check in was easy. Parking garage is small so i would recommend backing into your spot so its easier when you drive out....

"Dirty room, sheets and towels had brown spots. Jets in tub didn't work. Elevator feels VERY unsafe! No wifi and no cable tv on top floor. Water didnt get hot till the day we left. No ramp for luggage carts. Stairs are locked so in event of fire you are trapped as the elevator has a massive delay. Tried to speak to manager to no avail. Called several times since leaving to speak to manager and he is never in and does not return calls. This hotel is horrible and can be a death trap. "
