"We stayed 8 nights at this lovely apartment while visiting family and friends. There were a couple issues when we first arrived, but Marlon was quick to respond and make everything right. The location was very quiet and is close to shopping, restaurants, and much more. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Bangor area."

"This place is amazing!! The property sits on a quiet gravel road, and the views of the water are beautiful. We saw loons, ducks, turtles and otters from the deck!The house has everything you would need and the hosts went above and beyond by providing kayaks, canoes and paddleboards, along with firewood and bottled water! Communication was amazing and everything exceeded our expectations.Amazing location, property, cabin, and hosts! Highly recommend!!"

"We arrived very late after a long day moving my child to Bangor. Self check-in was a breeze and the team was very gracious about our late arrival. The cottage itself is a delight! Absolutely everything you could need or want in a lovely little package. We can't wait to come back and stay longer."

"House was perfect for our family of 8. Not only was the house amazing, the canoes, kayaks, fire pit—long story short, the outside amenities were also perfect for our family and we spent a lot of time outside enjoying them. Highly recommend this house!"

"We had a great time! The house was very clean and beautiful. The only complaint, was the docks were not out on the water as advertised in the listing and the wifi did not work. I would maybe add to the listing that docks are only out during certain times of year."

"My family loved this wonderful lake cabin, it was very peaceful, yet close to the action. It's about 1 hour from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. After 2 days of Acadia, we spent our 3rd day enjoying the lake and renting a jet ski. Overall a great experience for the family. We also recommend Sheila's snacks which is less than 1 mile down the road. She baked a blueberry pie for us and it was the best we had while in Maine. "

"Thoroughly enjoy our stay! Nice peaceful setting. Spotlessly clean cabin. The house were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay."

"Our stay was so fun. The unit was super clean, and had everything we need plus some. There is no stove or oven, but the owner provides a toaster oven, and two portable electric burners. The owner includes use of a canoe and two kayaks for going out on the lake. We took the canoe out, and had so much fun. When we got back we hung out outside and watched the sunset. There is also a fire pit with wood provided.We were able to talk to the owner a couple times. She was really nice, and she gave us...

"We came from Florida to visit family . We went canoeing & enjoyed having a fire out back & watching the ufc fights on the big screen . We were all very comfy and cozy and Corey and Amy We’re very accommodating! We sure look forward to coming back and staying again soon!!!"

"We chose to stay here for my birthday and to visit Acadia National Park. The cottage's cozy and beautiful (a truly architectural jewel). We wanted to find a peaceful and traditional way to relax and we found it here. The surroundings are stunning (truly loved/ enjoyed the sunrise with the lake's view, great get away from the city and to be able to see the stars at night). The owner is welcoming and attentive. Glad for the vacation time spent here. Truly grateful for this experience! Thank you. "

"Overall, it's a good hotel. Considering the rating, I expected a little bit more. It's an old hotel, but well-maintained. Could be renovated. The breakfast was very good, and the location was great. We stayed there to visit Acadia National Park and Baxter State Park."
