Enjoy the peace and privacy of this spacious ranch-style home situated on 20 acres just 5 minutes from Miles City. Surrounded by farmland, mature trees, and abundant wildlife, this property offers the perfect balance of country living and convenient access to town.

Originally built by our family in 1973, the home retains many of its original features while providing comfortable accommodations for families, groups, and extended stays.

Inside, you`ll find four spacious bedrooms and multiple gathering areas designed for both relaxation and entertainment. One of the home`s highlights is the downstairs game room, complete with a pool table, board games, books, children`s toys, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen television. Guests will also enjoy the screened porch, the perfect place to relax! Whether you`re traveling with family or friends, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay.

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of a few clearly marked storage closets on the lower level. A personalized four-digit access code will be provided on the day of arrival for convenient self-check-in.

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of any other substances are strictly prohibited on the property. Due to allergy and environmental sensitivity concerns, only dogs are allowed on site.

The Country Cottage (studio) is a separate furnished rental on the property and may be reserved separately. This home is located on a 20 acre parcel and is on a working farm. You may see a tractor in the distance, be sure to wave to the friendliest farmers you will ever meet!
Dogs are the only pets allowed, sorry, no cats.

Please note that there is not a magic doo-doo fairy to pick up your pet`s waste. Please be mindful and pick up your pet`s waste.

Please do not consume food in bedrooms.

Farm life can come with a little mud here and there. Please remove your shoes before entering the home.

Please close and lock all windows upon departure.
