"First there is no elevator. They should make that clear when you book. Second the room they gave us smelled so bad like mold that I didn’t even want to stay but they wouldn’t refund my money. Third there was mold in the fridge, the pool was so cold my kids wouldn’t swim and we had to go down 5 times because our room keys didn’t work. I will never stay at another Wydham ever again. "

"This place is a hidden gem. A few minutes outside of Sandusky, the rooms are simple yet comfortable and the grounds are a lovely place to relax, be it outside with the porches, pavilions, and firepits, or in one of the shared spaces inside. Ranae's communication was friendly, prompt, and clear. My only regret was that we didn't have more time there."

"The heat was off, the house was freezing. The thermostat had a low battery, had to take batteries out of a remote to get it to work. It was difficult to figure out. A large clump of hair was in the shower. The room with the bunk bed was extremely hot and the bed is loud every time you move. There was one pod for coffee and no cream and sugar.
