"We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. "Perfect location and property for date night with the wife. With many restaurant options and antique shopping to explore in Depot town it was nice to just walk and relax in a well decorated and clean loft. I suggest that you buy a record from one of the shops and utilize the record player in the loft. Already planning another stay for our next date night!"

The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very...
