The apartment
30 sqm studio on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard of an 18th century stately home. The living area and kitchenette are on the lower level, while the bed (160x200) and the bathroom are on the upper floor.
Kitchenette equipped with electric hobs with two burners, small fridge with freezer compartment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, dishes, Espresso moka.
Individually controlled air conditioning; centralized heating with adjustable temperature – operating period and hours decided by the condominium (maximum 14 hours from mid-October to mid-April).
Ceiling with exposed beams and original stone flooring from the 1700s; security door.

Notes
- The living area is connected to the sleeping area with a spiral staircase; the apartment is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties
- It is possible to carry to the upper level just trolley bags (not suitcases)
- Children under the age of 8 are not admitted
- There is no reception service. The arrival time must be communicated at least one day before check-in; arrivals after 8pm must be communicated at the time of booking. In case of check-in after 9pm or delays of more than one hour, the property may request a supplement of € 20.
- Dogs are welcome, provided they do not climb on the sofa or bed; please report their presence when booking. We are sorry; we do not accept cats
- If you arrive by car, please note that the whole city of Milan is a traffic limited zone. Detailed information on how to reach the apartment, on the restricted traffic area and on parking will be provided with the confirmation message.
- In case of loss of the keys, € 100 will be charged
