Pontos positivos: Limpeza
The studio was exactly what we were looking for & as it was described on the Vrbo listing. The studio was clean, neat & orderly. We had good communication through the Vrbo app with the host. The host was very nice & pleasant. The location was perfect for nearby restaurants, shopping & the sightseeing attractions. My only negatives are the clarifications in the posting of No Hidden Fees but there wasn't any mention of the "Tourist Tax" of 76 euro in cash due upon arrival. I didn't make it an issue & paid the requested Tourist Tax. Another issue was that we arrived in Milan early & I asked the host if we could check in earlier & she replied that check in was at 3pm, implying that we couldn't. The last issue was when we arrived at the address of the studio, we had to be let in the main security doors by a resident who happened to be going in as well. Then we didn't have clear instructions on how to use the elevator & had to walk up several flights of stairs to the 4th floor with all of our luggage. I think that could have all been eliminated if the host would have met us at the front main security doors upon our arrival. Other than that, I still give 5 Stars for an excellent studio & a wonderful time in Milan!!
