- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a closet, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM I with sink, shower, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM II with sink, shower, bidet, and toilet.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
