The apartment is a 45 m2 studio apartment centrally and strategically located in a beautiful neighborhood of Milan. It has been renovated with attention to detail to offer privacy, space and tranquility. As soon as you enter, on the right, you will find the bathroom composed of: a large walk-in shower, a sink with mirror, the toilet and a bidet. The open space then consists of a king size bed, a 55” 4k smart TV 4k equipped with all streaming services, a comfortable sofa bed and the brand new fully equipped kitchen, where we find: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven and kettle. Not missing as a welcome gift: Nespresso capsules, tea bags and sugar. The apartment is very bright, but thanks to the blackout curtains can ensure maximum darkness during the night hours, there is also a bright little terrace for the exclusive use of guests and a comfortable workstation.

To ensure comfort during the stay, we also provide guests with: bed linen, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 medium towel for each guest), hair dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack and a Welcome-kit with shampoo and shower gel. 

The house is equipped with fully central underfloor heating while air conditioning is provided by the presence of 1 adjustable split. There is 1 gb fiber optic Wi-Fi, which is particularly high performance for managing several connected devices and for smart working. .
