A bright and comfortable 50-square-meter apartment for 4 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. The property is located in the “Acquabella” neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from Piazzale Susa, in a quiet residential area that is nonetheless well-equipped with all major amenities and well-served by public transportation (the Dateo station on the railway bypass is about a 10-minute walk away).

The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, armchair, double sofa bed, and access to the veranda;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe, and small desk;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- VERANDA with a small table and stools.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the living area and bedroom), TV, clothesline, heating, washing machine, dryer, iron, clothes rack, and hair dryer.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the municipality, which is 3 euros per person per night.
