As you enter through the main gate, you will be greeted by a splendid context of 'ringhiera' houses, a classic Italian style typical of the early 1900s. Your apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator and, once you pass through the armored front door, you will be welcomed by an open space comprising a living room and kitchen. 

On the left, a comfortable sofa bed, optionally a queen-size bed, where you can relax after a tiring day of shopping or work, also thanks to the smart TV equipped with Netflix. The space is perfect for accommodating 4 people or as a workspace. On the right, we find the fully equipped kitchen. At your disposal, you will have: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. Welcome gifts such as Nespresso capsules, tea bags, and sugar are also provided. 

In the corridor connecting the living area and the bedroom, on the left, you will find the bathroom consisting of: shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and a Welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel. On the right, there is a storage room with a washing machine and cleaning tools.

The last room of the apartment is the bedroom, elegant and spacious, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: ample space to store luggage, a large wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, and a window that ensures brightness during the day and total darkness at night thanks to the shutters.

The house is equipped with completely centralized heating regulated by the condominium. Air conditioning is provided by the presence of 2 adjustable splits, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Lastly, there is fiber optic Wi-Fi of 1 gb, particularly efficient for managing multiple connected devices and for smart working.

• The sofa bed is prepared free of charge only for bookings of 3 or 4 guests. For 2 guests, there is still the possibility to prepare the sofa bed but at an additional cost of €25 to cover the linen costs, to be paid before check-in.

• Early check-in is possible subject to availability, for extra costs contact the host.

• Late check-out is possible subject to availability, for extra costs contact the host.

• Late check-in is free until 00:00 on the day of the start of the stay, after this time, a supplement of €15 will be applied to ensure availability in case of problems.
