Simple, practical apartment in Porta Romana, a few minutes from the M3 metro. A comfortable, well-connected base at a fair price.

The space
30 sqm on the 2nd floor, with elevator. One open room with sleeping and dining areas, a large French window with sheer curtains and plenty of natural light. Double bed, built-in wardrobe, table with 4 chairs, bookcase, TV, Wi-Fi and a heat pump for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter, which you can control yourself.

The kitchen is separated by a folding door: electric hob, sink, extractor hood, cabinets and washing machine.

The bathroom has a window, bathtub, bidet and heated towel rail.

Good to know
The apartment has a dated style, with the original wallpaper and bathroom tiles. It’s clean and fully working, but it isn’t modern design. If you want practicality and a great location, it’s a good choice.

The neighborhood
Porta Romana is a lively, convenient area: cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and shops close by, and the city center is a few minutes away by metro.

Parking spaces in the courtyard are not included in the reservation price and cost €20 per night. If you need one, just let us know when you make your reservation!

Important note on check-in and delays
Please note that check-in must take place by 6:00 pm. If you arrive after this time or are delayed from the agreed time, the following late-arrival surcharges will apply (to be paid on arrival):

6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: €20
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm: €30
9:00 pm – 11:00 pm: €50

No check-in is permitted or available after 11:00 pm.
