Welcome to Libeccio Studio, a modern, newly renovated 28 square metre studio apartment in a strategic location, a few steps from the M3 Corvetto metro station, the prestigious Prada Foundation and the new Olympic Park.



On the 4th floor with lift, Libeccio Studio is an ideal space for 2-3 people and is perfect for both short and medium-long stays. It offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.



Libeccio House is designed for comfort and functionality. The space is divided into:



- Sleeping/living area: Double bed, armchair bed for a third person, wardrobe with sliding doors, small desk for storage and access to the balcony via French window.

- Equipped kitchen: Induction hob, fridge, oven, coffee machine and high table for 3 persons.

- Complete bathroom: Large shower cubicle, bidet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

- Extra equipment: Air conditioning, condominium heating and Smart TV. The layout ensures natural light, with windows in the kitchen/dining area and French windows in the sleeping area.
