Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from 15 October to 15 April.

A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 9:30 pm and 11:00 pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Check-in after 11:00 pm is not possible, even for a fee.

City tax payment will be required.
