Please note that we provide sheets, towels and bathmats.
Portable baby box / travel cot 15€ per night (on request based on availability)
Free private parking is available on site (reservation is needed).
We will need your Id card or passport.
✅ A security deposit of €50 is required and will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, subject to an accommodation inspection.

Pets: Pets are allowed only upon request and for an additional fee. Only dogs (no cats) over 1 year old and weighing up to 25 kg are allowed.

For stays longer than 7 days, a mandatory weekly cleaning fee of €60 per service will apply.

If you book for a person, do not assume that a friend can stay with you. The Italian laws are very strict in hospitality, it is crucial to the police station to declare the identity of all those staying at home. For this reason, you will be asked for a copy of IDENTITY DOCUMENT or passport.

In order for your stay to be peaceful and pleasant we ask you to respect some simple rules:
- Communicate at least 1 day before arrival, check-in time otherwise the scheduled check-in will not be guaranteed and the guest adapts to the availability of the host.
- Complaints are not accepted and I do not make refund after you have stayed the entire period booked
