Ila's house is a comfortable apartment located in the center of Milan, situated on the first floor of a 1970s condominium.

It boasts a strategic location for tourism or work, being a 7-minute walk from the Central Station and well-served by metro lines and surface transportation.

The apartment features a very spacious bedroom with a large double bed and a double sofa bed (suitable for additional adult guests). In the dining area, there is another single Murphy bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a relaxing shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Guests also have access to a washing machine in the bathroom.

An office corner with a desk is available for guests in the apartment.

The entire house is served by fast WI-FI and air conditioning. Entry is via a smart-lock and numeric keypad.

All lights and blinds are automated and can be controlled not only through traditional switches but also via voice commands (multilingual) and remote control.

The house is located in the central part of the building overlooking the inner courtyard, ensuring quiet and absolute silence at any time of the day, despite being in a central area of Milan.
