Pontos positivos: Limpeza, comunicação e localização
The location was good, but we didn’t know that the building was being renovated, so every day there was hammering, jack hammering and other construction noise from about 8am to 5pm. Also, the listing said checkout was at 11am, but we were required to check out at 10am. Be aware that there is a switch in the kitchen that you need to turn on to start the refrigerator and oven, which is not explained in the guide. We had to call the property manager to figure out how to get those to turn on. The bed was comfortable, but the couch is a futon and not too comfortable. Overall, it was ok but not a place I would rent again.
