Apartment No. 208, approximately 25 square meters, is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) of an elegant Milanese building with a concierge. It features all the main amenities and is laid out as follows:



-LOWER LEVEL: features a relaxation area with a sleeper sofa and a small kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner stove, a kettle, and a small refrigerator.

-UPPER LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs) with a double bed



The two levels are not soundproofed from each other, and there are no doors separating them

Please note: there are coin-operated washers and dryers in the building on level -1, shared with other guests. They are available daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the elevator.



Tram stops #16 and #19 are located near the building: the closest stop is Corso Magenta/Viale Nirone, 20 meters away.

If you’re traveling by car, please note that parking in the area is difficult and requires payment: the nearest paid parking garages are Garage Alle Grazie on Corso Magenta and Buonaparte Parking on Via Puccini. The apartment is located in Area C; if you’re coming by car, you’ll need to purchase an access ticket.



Seven days before your arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the municipality, which is 3 euros per person per night.
