The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning, making it ideal for those who need to work remotely.

It features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, spacious closets, and a dresser for storing clothes.

The bathroom has a window and is fully equipped with a spacious shower. You’ll also find a washing machine in the bathroom.

The kitchen is open to the living area and is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.

In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable dining table for four people that can also serve as a desk, a sofa that converts into a double bed, and a smart TV.

The apartment is very bright and equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

It’s also ideal for medium- to long-term stays and for those who need to work remotely.

Upon your arrival, we’ll hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.

At check-in, you’ll be asked to present your ID for registration purposes.

You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan).

For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax ID number.

We can arrange self-service late check-in or check-in outside the scheduled check-in hours, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

During your stay, we will always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information regarding your stay in Milan.

Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, it is necessary to make arrangements regarding the check-in time.
