Another apartment managed through a virtual agency. This means that if you have any sort of issues, you cannot talk to anyone, you have to send an email and hope for the best. Issues: 1- The old lady who lives below the apartment is a nightmare. We were just walking up the 3 floors to check in and get to the suite when she opened her door and gave us a lecture and scolded us - Nice welcome, NOT! It was about 5pm, no reason for this behaviour. 2- Sofa bed, paper thin mattress. 3 - The headboard of the bed in the main bedroom fell off. 4- Cleanliness: We found cigarette butts on the balcony, cleaning equipment not properly stowed, dirty laundry left in a chest. As compensation, and only because we asked, we were offered late check out till 12h30, but this was of no value to us as we had to leave by 9h30am to catch a train. We declined and asked them how they would value (dollar/euro figure) the inconveniences we experienced and their lacks in terms of customer service they failed to respond. Three days later we contacted them again and asked for a follow up, they then offered a 15% discount for a future stay - like their service was amazing??? "We have standards to follow". Well, when I spend my money I expects nothing but the highest standards of service. No way I would recommend nor spend money again on this terrible operation.
