Located in a nice neighborhood in Milan with excellent public transportation: just a short walk away is the Yellow M3 subway line, which takes you directly to the Duomo, Central Station, and allows you to reach all areas of Milan in no time.

The area is full of restaurants, pubs, bars, 24-hour supermarkets, pharmacies, and hair salons.

Ideal for those who need to get to Bocconi University, IULM, and hospitals such as the Policlinico, IEO, S. Paolo, and Fondazione Prada.

The Space
You’ll have an entire apartment at your disposal, perfect for couples, friends, or coworkers.

The apartment consists of: a kitchen, a sleeping area, and a bathroom.

-The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you need to cook your favorite meal.
You’ll find: a dining table, sink, refrigerator with freezer, oven, induction cooktop, set of pots, set of pans, plates, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils.

-The bedroom is spacious; it features a large double bed, a TV where you can watch a movie after a long day, and a large closet where you can store your personal belongings.

-The bathroom features a spacious shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer, a set of towels, and complimentary toiletries for each guest.

Wi-Fi is free and very fast—perfect for work video calls, downloading large files, browsing social media, or simply watching a movie.


Extra: a washing machine that you can use for free during your stay.

In-person verification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

Guests who check out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE OBSERVE THE CHECK-IN TIMES ( (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of 15€ per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.

Other things to keep in mind
In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
