The villa is arranged over four levels and offers spacious, comfortable living throughout. Entry is via the private double garage or street gate, with steps leading down to the main living level. Here you’ll find a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island ideal for breakfasts and a separate laundry room. The living and dining areas open onto a large terrace with quality outdoor furniture, overlooking the private pool and golf course.
