The Space:

Located in a peaceful and scenic area, this lovely penthouse offers easy access to golf, padel, and outdoor activities. Nearby, you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, and the popular Max Beach Club—all just a short stroll away.



Step inside to a bright open-plan layout, connecting the fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster) to the cozy living room, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV with international channels, and a bar table for four.



The large glazed balcony has a dining area for six, perfect for meals with family or friends. Upstairs, the private rooftop terrace invites you to sunbathe on loungers, relax in the shaded lounge area, or fire up the BBQ for a sunset dinner.



The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is fully equipped with A/C in all rooms, WiFi, a dishwasher, washing machine, and free parking.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the Riviera del Sol which is a district in Mijas between Fuengirola and Marbella, it is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport and less than 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach or 10-15min walking.

The area is quiet and nice with proximity to golf, paddle and outdoor activities. Nearby there is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a popular beach club called Max Beach.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
