This cozy studio located 7 minutes drive from the nearest beach, is on a second floor and accommodates up to 4 guests. The property is distributed as follows:
Upon entering the apartment we find the kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and everything you may need during your stay.

It has a comfortable double bed and a built-in closet with a large mirror. It is separated from the living area by a small slope with steps and a wooden partition in warm tones.

The living area has a sofa bed, a smart TV and has access through a large window to a large balcony with outdoor furniture from where you can see the sea.

> Bathroom: It has a double sink, hairdryer, a large mirror, a large shower with sliding glass screen and toilet.

A washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board are also available during your stay.

If you come by car, there is outdoor community parking

No elevator (apartment is located on 2nd floor)

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and costs.
*Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
*The property is close to a supermarket, restaurants, beach clubs, and coffee shops. Please check with us for a list of them!
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
