The Space:

A car is not necessary, as there are convenient bus services running every 30 minutes to both Fuengirola and Marbella.



The townhouse is located in a well-maintained urbanization that offers three pool areas and an on-site restaurant where residents can enjoy a meal while keeping an eye on the children. Upon entering the townhouse, you will find parking right outside and a fully equipped kitchen to the left, providing everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. Directly ahead is a spacious living room with a dining area, a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and access to a lovely balcony and lawn.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a private terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, creating the perfect spot to relax and unwind.



The townhouse is fully equipped with WiFi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning, and a TV to ensure a comfortable stay.



The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to get you started, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!

Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
