Arrival Instructions 1. Guest ID registration is mandatory in Spain Before or at check-in, every guest staying overnight must be identified and registered, including children. Hosts of vacation rentals are legally required to collect guest information and Host will report it to Spanish authorities through the SES Hospedajes system under Royal Decree 933/2021. This has been fully mandatory since December 2024. Required guest information typically includes: • Full legal name • Passport / national ID / DNI / NIE number • Date of birth /male / female • Nationality • Address of residence • Phone number and email • Check-in/check-out details • Relationship to accompanying minors (if applicable) What this means for guests: A host can legally ask for passport or ID details before arrival (often through a secure online check-in form). Refusing may prevent check-in because the host has a legal reporting obligation. 2. Maximum occupancy rules Guests must comply with the maximum number of occupants allowed in the booking and property licence. Extra overnight guests who are not registered may violate: • the rental agreement, • the tourist licence conditions, • local safety/occupancy rules.
