Beautiful Andalusian villa with amazing sea views and private swimming pool

Featuring a private outdoor pool, Casa Alexandro is located in La Cala de Mijas. This air-conditioned villa has free Wi-Fi and barbecue facilities. It is a 5-minute drive from the beach.

The villa has a double bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a bath or shower. There is also a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

A living area includes several sofas, a fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table, while the kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and of a coffee machine.

The covered terrace has an outdoor dining table and guests can make use of the sun loungers and table tennis facilities around the pool. There is also a billiards table.

A grocery store and several restaurants are a 10-minute drive from Casa Alexandro. Miraflores Golf Resort is 2.8 km away and Marbella is a 15-minute drive away.

From the moment I booked this property, a year before our visit, we had great communication from Franck, our host. He gave clear instructions on how to get to the property and was there to welcome us. The 2 bottles of Cava he left in the fridge were an added bonus. I have stayed in this area many times but this is the first time I stayed in this property and it was superb. This time I visited with 4 friends and the layout suited us so well. Spread over 3 floors, with 4 ensuite bedrooms, it was really peaceful and with the open plan living and huge amount of outdoor spaces we could spend plenty of time with each other but also have a bit of peace and quiet when required. The views were gorgeous, and it is really close to all the amenities of La Cala and Miraflores. It is also close to the boardwalk and the beaches. However, as it is a hilly area I would recommend having a car.None of us wanted to leave.

Excellent Villa in a great location

The Villa was exactly as described. It is well situated, spacious, secure, and quiet. Franck our contact was friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Would have no hesitations re booking in the future!

Superb accommodation

This is a superb accommodation! Nice rooms, good beds with excellent bath and shower rooms. The view from the house is wonderful, it means views of the Mediterranean and a well-kept garden. What we would have liked differently is a slightly larger kitchen, a BBQ grill that was in better condition and that the outdoor area would have been better cleaned. BUT it does not lower the overall rating 5/5. Franc our contact person was fantastic, he listened and took care of anything we wanted. He was easy to get in touch with. Thank you Franc (Ulla's hero)! We will definitely be back! The Swedes: Erik, Bo, Per-Olof, Marianne, Ulla, Ingalil and Eva.

heerlijk vakantiehuis

de woning is zeer ruim en ligt in een prachtige groene omgeving. Wij verbleven met acht personen zonder enig probleem. De kamers waren prima ingericht elk voorzien van eigen douche en/of bad. Het heeft een mooi zwembad. Voor ons was het overdekte terras de bonus. Elke morgen de uitkijk op zee onder het genot van een kop koffie. Dat zullen wij nooit vergeten. Een aanrader.

Wonderful stay in fantastic surroundings

The property and gated surroundings were well kept, look wonderful and exceeded our already high expectations. We stayed as a family of eight aged from 60's down to 9 months and the property had something for all. Franck was fantastic from the very swift response to our booking getting to know the make up of our group to ensure we had the relevant amenities available including a cot and high chair for my infant grandson also advising us on transport from the airport. Franck was most welcoming, a great help when we arrived including storage of our luggage on early arrival and a good source of information about the local area. Would we stay again yes definitely. Thanks for a great stay Franck.

We had a fabulous time staying at Frank's villa. It was a great place, central to heading to Malaga, or to Gibraltar - right along the coast. Great accommodations and walking distance to the beach and stores/shops. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fint hus, bedre enn på bildene. Vi storkoste oss. Stille og rolig strøk. Deilige solsenger og gode håndklær. Utrolig deilig med ett bad per soverom. Passer perfekt for oss. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Bassenget var 20 grader. Litt kaldt etter vår smak.

Fantastic seaview villa

We loved this villa, which was well equipped, spacious and with a great location. In a beautiful urbanisation, the villa rose itself with a fantastic sea view, great pool and cozy atmosphere. We would love to come back and with Franck's hospitality I am sure we will!

Lovely Stay, Lovely Villa

We arrived and were met by Francke. He is such a sweet guy and took us to the supermarket in his car to pick up food and drink for our first few days. He also showed us where to cross roads, where pubs and restaurants were situated and then took us to a smaller but closer supermarket so that we knew we had a bit more choice. The villa is in a wonderful spot with sea views and the pool was wonderful - it is so relaxing and private at Torrenueva and Francke was often on hand for any questions we might have. He provided towels for the pool and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this villa without hesitation and hope to visit again over the coming years. La Cala De Mijas is a classy little resort with a gorgeous beach, good restaurants, decent bars and a promenade that runs from the busier part of La Cala (we were closer to Sitio de Calahonda) to Calahonda. You won't see many boozy Europeans and you'll need to move aside on the promenade for all the power walkers, joggers and dog walkers! Wonderful place, well worth a visit though the mozzies were biting too much!

Sehr schön gepflegte Anlage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer.

Schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus mit gepflegtem Pool. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Verwalter. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert man kann allerdings auch zu Fuß Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen.

Everything was exceptionally well presented. Stunning views would highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Stayed 4 nights at this superb villa for a girls 50th get away - could not be happier with our choice to book and Franck is lovely, very helpful. 5 stars!!!! We loved every minute, spacious, comfy beds, fab.....less than 10 minute walk to the beach What will be useful is some local info for cabs etc. as we didn't have a car but otherwise cannot fault.

Un grand merci à Franck .Nous venons de rentrer après 15 jours passés avec nos petits enfants dans cette magnifique villa et sa vue merveilleuse. Des souvenirs plein les yeux et surtout la ville de Ronda que nous n oublierons jamais avec ce tour en calèche et ce vieux cocher parlant à son cheval comme à un ami très intime. Bref encore merci Franck pour sa gentillesse. La France a été difficile à retrouver.

Une semaine de reve

Une semaine en famille fin octobre à la Casa Alexandro. 6 adultes, 1 ado et 2 bébés. La maison est parfaite et très bien équipée avec ses 4 chambres avec salle de bain, sa grande pièce à vivre, ses nombreuses terrasses équipées avec vue sur mer et sa piscine. Seul regret, elle ne semblait pas chauffée. La saison était parfaite, entre 20 et 25 degrés, c'est idéal pour profiter de l’extérieur de cette villa dans un cadre de rêve, il faut le dire. La résidence est sécurisée. L'accueil très chaleureux à l'arrivée, puis la présence discrète de Franck si besoin sont très appréciables. D'autant qu'il parle Français. Cela facilite les choses. Tout était réuni pour un excellent séjour. Merci

De kwaliteit van de villa was uitmuntend, perfecte inrichting van iedere kamer, telkens met airco en een volledig uitgeruste badkamer. De omvang van het zwembad vormde een extra troef. Verder is de villa gelegen in het hart van de Costa del Sol, alle gezellige restaurants, dorpen en bezienswaardigheden zijn vlot bereikbaar. Een absolute aanrader!

Splendid holiday home, with sea-view, swimming pool, on a beautiful private property.

Stylish Spanish villa, well designed and without doubt one of the nicest properties in the surroundings. Quiet location, with sea-view and the beach with tasteful restaurants is a walk away. Marbella is closeby if looking for a city to walk around. We went with two children, just perfect! The owners and caretaker are very warm and gentil. An asset during hour stay!
