Bright villa of 120 m² for 6 people, on two levels. Modern interior, with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, opening onto a shaded terrace and a tree-lined garden.



Ground floor: lounge, open-plan kitchen, utility room and separate WC.

First floor: 3 bedrooms, including one suite with its own en-suite bathroom with shower, and a second bathroom with bathtub.



Outside: small private pool, barbecue, garden furniture and outdoor dining table, with mountain views. The pool is heated from 1st October to 30th May.



The house is located on a quiet street, in a peaceful neighbourhood. Two golf courses are 2 km away. Riviera beach, restaurants and supermarkets are less than 5 minutes' drive away. Marbella and Málaga are approximately 30 minutes away.



Amenities: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Easy and free parking on the street.



Good to know:

For your comfort, we provide a WELCOME PACK with mini bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap, 1 toilet roll per bathroom, as well as some coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets. These products are NOT REPLENISHED during your stay.



Security system: the property is equipped with a connected alarm system with monitoring device. It is only activated outside of stays and remains fully deactivated during your presence. We have no access to this device, which is managed directly by the security company.



We cannot be held responsible in the event of pool closure decided by regional authorities, particularly in the event of water restrictions during drought periods.
