For the convenience of guests 2 kilometres away, there is a slip for easy launching of watercraft. The living room is furnished with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, where guests can relax while watching TV, fostered by the modern Smart TV function, which allows you to easily search for your favourite films and programmes, while providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchenette is not only spacious but also extremely practical, equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories such as a microwave, fridge-freezer and induction hob, allowing you to prepare gourmet meals in an atmosphere full of inspiration and creativity. In the bathroom, decorated in pleasant, bright tones, every step becomes a visit to an oasis of calm and freshness, with a central shower that will not only provide refreshment but also a moment of relaxation and regeneration after a challenging day.

There is an outdoor swimming pool on the roof, available to guests of the building from 9am to 10pm.
