The resort is located in a quiet, peaceful area, yet within the center of the small summer resort of Mielenko. The beach is 900 meters away. The typical holiday bustle, numerous restaurants, bars, and souvenir stands are available in the neighboring resort of Mielno (approx. 2 km from the resort).

These two-story, comfortable holiday homes feature terraces. On the ground floor there is a large living room (with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a TV), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two separate triple bedrooms. Electric heating is available. Each home has a complete set of garden furniture and barbecue facilities on the terrace. Wireless internet is available. The well-maintained and fenced grounds of the resort include a summer swimming pool, a large and attractive playground, a covered children's playroom (table tennis, table football, TV games console), bicycle rental (for adults and children), a sports field, and parking.

The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, internet, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

The seaside beach is easily accessible on foot or by bike (just 900 meters away via a quiet sniezka path). Mielenko is a small settlement, so the beach is never crowded, ensuring a undisturbed holiday.

The international R-10 cycling trail runs nearby, providing easy and convenient access to other nearby seaside towns by bike.

Lake Jamno is 3 km from the resort, with a marina and water equipment rentals (pedal boats, kayaks, and boats). Fishing spots are also available.
