The establishment has one bedroom, where a comfortable, large double bed is placed, along with a set of bedding. In the living room stands a sofa bed for two people, as well as a dining table with chairs ideal for serving and eating meals. The room also has a table, a cabinet and a television with access to terrestrial channels. In the hallway, visitors have a capacious closet ideal for storing belongings brought in. The ability to quickly and easily prepare meals is taken care of by the functionally equipped kitchenette, which has to offer such appliances as a pour-over coffee maker, microwave, toaster, as well as a kettle and refrigerator with freezer. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries kit, shower, towels and a hairdryer await guests. Motorized guests can use an underground parking space.

The railroad station in Miedzyzdroje is 850 m away, which will surely be appreciated by those traveling by this means of transport.
