"We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Knotty Cabin. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and fresh everything was, and the charming decor gave the space a cozy feel. The detailed directions to the designated parking area were spot-on and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the couches were just as relaxing. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition, and were blown away by this place! The view is beautiful, the balcony is huge. Every room has a tv, they left games, card games, legos. It has a washer and dryer in the apartment, and they leave Tide there to use. They also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. The bedrooms, and bed are large and comfy. The room with the smaller bed has a bed under it that just rolls out! The pool is on the small side - but it was warm...

"Love the layout of the cottage. Not too small and not too large, wonderful kitchen, Weber Grill on back patio was great for grilling shrimp with a view of the water. Clean, comfortable and easy to relax. Definitely recommend and we will return to it again. "

"The house was nicely done and is surrounded by the Hot Springs National Forest . There is a trailhead less than a quarter mile from the house so we hiked with our dog in the morning and enjoyed the natural beauty in the area for the rest of the day. Loved the Garvan Botanical Garden and the Anthony Chapel"

"Our family of 5 and dog stayed at this little cottage. We enjoyed swimming off of the dock and the ability to park our boat. We enjoyed nearby hiking and exploring. We would love to come back. Don’t expect 5 Star, but it does the job for a great price. I am tall and had to duck through doorways and there were a ton of crane flies, but no deal breakers. We enjoyed waking up to the river. Thanks for the enjoyable family get away. "

"We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place."

"This place was quiet and cozy! We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely book this location in the near future!"

"Cute little cottage was exactly what we needed! A short drive from Central Avenue and all the fun on bathhouse row. Owners were quick to answer all email questions and the house was in perfect order when we arrived. "

"The positives of this amazing home are too many to list. This lakeside property is in such a convenient location. Close to dining and retail and to downtown Hot Springs, AR, which is delightful. The home was clean and ready for us with comfortable beds and lots of towels, The lakeside gazebo/entertainment rea was a big hit as we watched the NBA Finals, The Stanley Cup Final, The College WS and F1. The technology in the home is perfect with great wi-fi and smart TVs. Having two separate family...

"My husband and I and our two grown sons and their spouse and girlfriend enjoyed this property. Great open floor plan, three bedrooms, nice kitchen three bathrooms, which was really nice. Very nice dock and access to the lake. We worked directly with the owner of the property and she was very responsive and very nice. She gave us some great ideas of where to eat out as well. I would definitely book this property in the future. The great location of the lake but then the short drive to all things...
