"If you like antiques this is a great place for you. If you want comfort with luxurious amenitess this may not be the best place for you. They are a 1900 style bed and breakfast and the decor is very much to that era. My wife has a disability and stairs are a challenge. "My card was charged before i arrived, that should have been a red flag but i preceded with the reservation anyway. The room was the worst motel experience i have ever had, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The neighborhood is under construction and turns difficult to get to the hotel.
They should advise that because GPS gets you in a closed street.
They should make clear that is someone there until 11pm. When you pass in front’s of the office there’s a signal saying the office is closed at 5pm"

"Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. "
