"Stopped overnight on our way to North Carolina. It was myself, my husband and our two Goldendoodles. Home was a charming historic home but could definitely use a deep cleaning. Yard was very large and good for the dogs but wasn’t fenced in. I didn’t think that would be an issue but it turned out the home is located on a very busy street, so it would have been nice to have a fenced in area for them to run without worrying about traffic. "

"We all loved the home and neighborhood. It was so quiet and when we walked around everyone was so friendly. The area is beautiful. I’m not sure why another renter would say it wasn’t? My sons loved the pool and deck area along with the fire pit and cabana by the river. We will certainly be back. Robin made us feel like family. "

"The host did not share the door code with us before check in so we were stuck in the car with 5 kids while it was raining trying to figure out what to do. Reached out to VRBO, he had not shared it with them either, so we were unable to enter the residence. Attempted to contact the host but the call went straight to voicemail. The host did finally reach out 2 hours after check in stating the house was still available if we wanted to use it but VRBO had already got us set up in a hotel. "

"This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space, the game room provided hours of fun, as did the basketball/pickleball court. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of places to sit for a meal. If you are in town for a youth soccer tournament at the Jennifer Ross complex, this is absolutely the place to be. It's five minutes from the fields, five minutes from quick food options, five minutes from Dick's Sporting Goods, and five minutes from a grocery store. "
