"The house was nice, but had a few weird features (hallway bathroom has to be entered sideways if you're not skinny, no window shade on the larger bathroom window, narrow walkways in the bedrooms). It worked for the week, but our family would probably have been more comfortable somewhere slightly larger & closer to the beach. We were generally unimpressed by how long it took to get anywhere in Savannah (not the host's fault), but we were glad there was a Sam's Club & Walmart so close to the...

"My family and I enjoyed a weeklong stay in the house. The house had plenty of space and bedrooms for our entire crew. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The smaller kids really loved the pool and took full advantage of it the entire week. We even tried fishing off the dock. It was close enough to downtown Savannah and we made several trips downtown. Everyone had a great time."

"The yellow door lodge will be my go to from now on whenever we have events at our church with out of town guests. The place is super clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The host was easy to work with and very nice. Great amenities, and everything you need right at your hand! I highly recommend this place for your travel needs away from home!"

"Okay, let's be honest I don't normally review when I stay somewhere. But I have to admit that this was one of the best places I've stayed and the hosts were absolutely fabulous with communication and any assistance we requested. If I could give the communications six stars, I would. If we're ever in the area again, I'll check this place first."

"We loved the old house and the old time feel. It had a lot of character and a lot of antiques but also friendly for kids of all ages. They just said put it up high if little hands would touch it. We would love to come to this same house for another vacation. We were all sad to leave!"

"The listing was just as described and in the pictures. Check in process was very easy. Rachel was very responsive to messages. We loved the pool, and the dogs also loved the backyard. We stayed for 8 nights and worked during part of the week remotely from the house and had no issues with internet. We would definitely stay here again"

"Nice clean property, close to Savannah. The VRBO listing for the peoperty said it had 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each bedroom which is incorrect. Each bedroom had 1 bed. There was a futon and sleeper sofa. We needed to sleep 7 which we could but the listing said it could sleep up to 12. No way that could have happened. Host was easy to reach and apologetic.would stay again but not with the seven we brought."

"We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our large, extended family. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect set up for several family groups to stay in one home.
