"Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked great.The room was clean. The remote control stopped working, they gave us batteries but they were dead or there was something wrong with the remote. So the next day the brought a new remote and programed it to the TV, it worked fine."

"Great trip, KC is a super nice guy and the place was perfect. easy parking, quiet neighborhood, easy location to get around from and everything worked as it should. recommended stay for sure. thanks again KC"

"The bathroom light didn't turn on, and when I reported it, I was treated terribly, told it was a maintenance issue and I had to live with it. There were no towels in the room, and when I went to ask for them, they refused to give them to me. The laundry room wasn't working; the ice was closed. A terrible experience."
