"The communication regarding checkin/checkout was not great. Once I was able to speak with a representative I was able to work things out, but it required me contacting them. The property itself was clean, but not well appointed, just the basics. It's a rental...and the use shows. The location is very close to everything in Redstone. It's also next to the highway so lots of road noise. Parking is an issue, it's very limited and in high ski season would be difficult."

"We were very happy with our stay at this location. We were a family of 6 visiting the area for a week and this condo was perfect. Lots of room for all of us, and the full kitchen and balcony were perfect for meals. We lost power our second day, however this was an unplanned outage by the city utilities. VACASA managers were very responsive to our inquiry about how long the power would be out. The BBQ was not fully working, a text was sent to the VACASA property managers and we had a new BBQ...

"Our family of 4 loved this place! Access to Apex Chair was so easy. Use of ski locker in the lobby was such a nice amenity. We loved using the hot tub and heated pool. Unit was extremely well maintained and clean. Beds, including pull-outs, were very comfy. All linens were fresh and new. Kitchen was well-stocked and had all the tools I needed to cook cozy family dinners. It was a dream to stay here—thank you—we hope to return!"

"This property has a great location to access Canyons resort but the overall quality of the property compared to other properties I have stayed at inside Red Pine Chalets lacked. The stools in the kitchen all had ripped cushions, the upstairs loft only had a cheap privacy curtain to separate it from the downstairs tv area and the main bedroom on the first floor had a small tv on a little table stuffed between the front wall and the bed making it impossible to walk around the bed without bumping...
