"The staff and room were perfect! We’ve been there before, so we expected to have a good experience. My only complaint really is about the pool area. It was so ridiculously hot. It was hard to stay for very long. It felt like walking into a sauna. Instead of staying for a few hours and enjoying the hot tub, we felt like we could only stay about 20 minutes at a time. I noticed other families did the same thing. The smell of chlorine was kind of strong, so the staff opened the outside door. I think...

"The beds are comfy! Which we really only needed the room to sleep, and weren't spending a whole lot of time in the room itself. However, I will say I don't think it was necessarily the cleanest, or it could have definitely been cleaner on and around the sink area and the shower. The front staff was great and super accomodating! "

"Check in and out was super easy; the staff was always kind and accommodating; the hotel as a whole and our room was clean!
The only issues we had was that our AC unit didn’t keep cool (room 225) and the parking lot gets full super quick. We almost didn’t get a spot overnight, even when having to pay $15/night for parking. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Moxy so much that we ended up rebooking when our flight was unexpectedly canceled after check-out. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional.
We especially loved the young, fresh vibe of the hotel and spent a lot of time enjoying the free arcade game.
The location is also super convenient, just 10–15 minutes from the airport and right in downtown, making it easy to find dining and shopping options without needing a car.
