"Great cost-benefit. Overall, you receive much more that you pay. Quiet place, and near to the Westminster station (about 20 minutes by train to the Union Station in Denver). The staff was very kind and the room was clean. However, there was a smell of smoke in the room, but if you turn on the AC, it disappears quickly :)"

"The room was clean but the common areas were not. Breakfast was good. The hotel is noisy. Also, if you are handicapped beware! The alarms went off during our stay and we were on the 7th floor with NO WAY to get out of the hotel. Elevators were not working and staff couldn’t be reached. Definitely a huge safety issue."

"Lots of homeless people wandering around the property, people passed out in the stairwell every day. Spoke to front desk, they won’t do anything about it. No towels, no washcloths, no soap or shampoo. We were asked to use our own. No place to store clothes."

"The room was very clean, but there was a foul odor, that lasted at least 4 of the seven days I was there. I asked for an air freshener to deal with this, but was told there wasn’t any. Also there was no iron in the room. I was supplied with one when I asked for it. The people in the front desk were very polite and friendly. This was the hotel’s greatest plus."

"I had experienced one of my worst stays. The hotel was so old. Only clean sheets and pillows were acceptable; the rest was old and not clean. Although my room was non-smoking, the corridors and halls smelled of weed and many people were smoking weed in front of their rooms. It says breakfast is included. Consider it not included because the options provided are very limited and the breakfast place is not a good environment."

"Staff were okay and rooms were okay but the surrounding area is a warzone, people screaming all night and there were several long term residents that ran around the hotel like it was their apartment complex. Overpriced for the dump that it is, stay elsewhere!"

It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture. The whole sink front broke off as soon as we opened the drawer 5. Dirty unit. I don't even think they clean these between guests. 6. No new towels for the entire...
