"Esme, Andrew & Conny’s hospitality was amazing! We stayed for 5 nights in 2 different rooms, the standard room then the Luxury cave suite (both were great but the cave suite is out of this world! Jason, the chef is so passionate about food & that really comes through in the meals, the food here is truly lovely. "The hotel has been closed since November 2017 , we had to find alternative accommodation late at night after a long drive , you need to contact me urgently re a refund plus costs , I am currently still on holiday and will be in a position to resolve this very disappointing experience next week Monday , how on earth can you advertise a hotel , take my money in advance , when the establishment has been closed for 5 months ! "Place was beautiful. However I am disappointed as the shower was terrible. Being Gas powered the water was ice old or extremely hot for 15 seconds. Ive reported the matter the person in charge of which I received no apology and i was told that the shower will be working perfectly the next morning. And not to my surprise it was not working. The water had sand as per the pics i will upload. The shower was ice cold and both my kids are now ill from standing in the shower waiting for hot water...
