"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place. The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk. She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"

"Only 2 things that I didn't like: the tv ...it was an older model and the picture wasn't good. Next, the floor of my room, particularly next to the bathroom felt like it was gonna cave in. Kinda scared me actually. But other than that, the staff was great, very clean, smelled good, bed was comfy. Nice and quiet, very peaceful and plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.
