"The property was welcoming although the furnishings and decor is different from the photos. We were comfortable for our weekend stay. The house is charming but near a loud and busy street. The neighborhood is eclectic with new builds going up and was enjoyable to walk. The only minor details I would add to enhance visitor’s stay is to provide remotes for fan ceiling lights in all rooms. We had to search for proper remotes to turn lights/fans on and off. "Great place! It was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. We went to the race track for the Christmas Lights and to the Panthers game on Sunday. Was a short trip to both from the house. Being able to keep our dog there with us was awesome, and there was a large field right across the street for us to walk him. Everything was clean and everything worked! 5 Stars!"

"Location is good. Walking distance to downtown NODA district. Nice off street parking. Cleaning up the outside overgrowth would make parking better. Plus, getting growth off of structure would make more appealing. The door had been kicked in at some point. This set the tone. Previous reviews did not tell the story. Bathroom floor is rotted and caving in. No amenities like previous reviews. No soap in bathroom and nothing to clean dishes with. Looked for dust pan for dirt we swept but no dice....

"The house itself was absolutely charming. Very clean, well appointed, EXTREMELY comfortable furnishings, and super cool art. The listing is accurate, this is an "up and coming" area on a VERY busy , noisy street. Heavy traffic, very loud engines, loud music. Even a neighbor (somewhere) played very loud lusic thursday night, in the wee hours. The back yard is not fenced and seems to be utilized by neighboring pets. "The host was great in accommodating our needs but the restroom was extremely dirty. I had to go to Walmart to replace the shower liner because the previous one was filthy. Other than that, the stay was pretty good! The house looks exactly as pictured and beds were very cozy!"
