"Wonderful for family groups with children or not. Toys for kids, Easy access to pool area, hot tub, and spacious lawn (for our family olympics) from bottom floor. Nicely designed and spacious living dining and kitchen area. Downstairs pool room and living area was another place to gather. Downstairs bathroom with shower served the 3 bedrooms perfectly. Extra refrigerator in the garage was a life saver. Although kayaks and beach area was available, it was a very long hilly walk to carry kayaks...

"This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. "

"The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back...

"Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. "
