"We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."

"The hotel and the room were clean. Hilton properties are always well laid out. That's why I like to stay there. When we checked in they didnt have our reservation that we booked on Expedia, so we had to struggle with finding a number that worked for the hotel to bring our reservation up. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to open at 7am and instead didnt open until 710am. There was a group waiting for breakfast to open. "My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary & his birthday. Check-in was a breeze & she took care of us because she gave us such a nice view of the pond behind their property! Loved it! We ordered from their on-site restaurant and they got to our room in 15 minutes and even brought our food in the room which was lovely! The pool/hot tub was amazing!! Loved it, will definitely be back!!! "

"Room service was horrible. I had to request fresh towels and wash cloths daily. Room service was provided 1 time out of the 4 nights that I stayed. We were also not advised of a shuttle fee as the booking advised that a shuttle was included with the flight. "

"This was by far the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was incredibly spacious and the amenities are not to be overlooked! We had a small kitchen inside of our room, along with utensils, pans, silverware, plates, cups, a stovetop, fridge and a dishwasher! I couldn’t stress this enough: if you are traveling for Navy Graduation, this is the hotel to stay at. "Breakfast was about out of food and didn’t look appealing so didn’t eat. Pool was closed (unbeknownst to us ahead of time). Staff were kind and efficient. Lots of parking. Room was clean and bed comfy."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus—there were plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. My only concern was the condition of the shower ceiling, which appeared to be peeling and falling apart. It didn’t impact my entire stay, but it’s something that definitely needs attention. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again."
