The property was very clean and welcoming, everything seen in the pictures is what you get. The checking in and checking out was easy. This would be a great house if you plan to stay in Painesville with a group of people, or even just 2. I would stay here again if I were to plan another trip and highly recommend! Overall a great stay."

"Place was very clean and convenient. We needed a place with room to park a boat and there was plenty of room. It wasn't a perfect place but the owner obviously cares about the property and the guests. Based on price it was more than expected. 10 minutes from Mosquito State Park and close to many great eateries. This place is in the middle of a nice quiet neighborhood.... Would 10/10 book it again."
