"There were no staff, it was self check in and there was coffee, water, juice and yogurt in the common area. The bagged “lunch” was in your room, it had an apple, orange, banana bread, chocolate chip muffin, small granola bar and a krispie crunch. The website did not say that the restaurant was not open 7 days per week. It is an easy walk to the grocery stores and local restaurants. "The property is old and does not have an elevator so bear that in mind. The room smelt stale so bought an air freshener. No phone in the room to contact the front desk and room cleaning was only if you asked. No food service onsite Monday to Wednesday but did have complementary coffee, tea, muffins and yogurt. Being on a lake was lovely and very convenient to all highways. The Inn has so much potential just needs to be addressed."

"We loved the property. Easy to get to from the airport and convenient for getting around for sightseeing. Also featured a Tim Hortons and gas station on site. The room was modern and clean. We would definitely recommend it to others!!!"

"clean room, a/c"

"The room was clean and the hotel was in good shape. There was lots of parking but it did take a while to get there from downtown Halifax. It was about a 25 minute drive but it was raining. The bed was comfortable and although the room was a little dated it was fine. It even had a pool but we were only there for the night."

"The room was a great size, super clean and felt modern and safe. The breakfast was second to none! Fresh, warm, with many choices. Even gluten free bread! Lots of fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, waffles, pancakes, cinnamon rolls right out of the oven and kept warm, etc, etc. And such comfortable seating. Highly recommend"

However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers.
