"We enjoyed our stay at this cottage very much. A quiet and peaceful spot by the water with all the comforts of home. Enjoyed morning coffee and hot chocolate on the deck by the Bay, with three different seating areas to choose from. We had great weather all week and the cottage was centrally located near all the places we wanted to visit. "What a great cozy tiny home! They had all the extra little touches to make it over the top. A beautiful personalized note, a welcome basket, candles, robes. "We liked very much our stay at Wilson's Coastal Club! The cottage was better than the description, everything was well organised and explained. Bring looneys if you need to use the dryer! And there is also a little private beach and a trail on the other side of the street (part of the program Rails to Trails). We regretted having booked only one night!!"

"Wow! Whalesback Cottage was the Nova Scotia oceanside escape that we were looking for. Our own private space – no traffic … no crowds … and the only sounds were the waves hitting the rocks. "The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. "
