"Mostly as described. Does have some old building issues - narrow hallways, small main bathroom, slanted floors, damp/humid. Queen bed is in room against the road, which doesn’t have the en suite bathroom, and can be a little noisy at night. Overall, great location, pet friendly in a dog friendly neighborhood, attentive host with easy check-in/out, even left some snacks, coffee, etc."

"The only complaint I had was with the parking, but that has nothing to do with the host or the home itself. It's just a fact of where the home is located. The first night we had to work 6 blocks away and walk back. The second night we were lucky and got a spot two blocks away, and the third night as found a spot right in front of the house! Other than that the home was wonderful. It was clean and felt safe. Would definitely book again in the future."

"Never received check in information until reaching out to host multiple times. The property was not cleaned until 4pm, check in was listed as 12. When coming in after the cleaning the house was filthy. There was dirt all over the floor. The beds had a horrible smell and the pillowcases & sheets appeared to not have been changed. There was hair in the beds. The shower was covered in hair as well. The description said soap, shampoo and other shower necessities are provided, they were all...

"Not bad, but the house needs some love. Some things were broken or dirty. The refrigerator was dirty, the couch had some burn holes, the bathroom products were mislabeled, the lights on the roof deck don’t work, we couldn’t get the living room tv to work (until we downloaded a remote app on a phone), and the parking pass was expired. For our group, these were minor inconveniences.I slept well and really enjoyed my time on the rooftop deck!"
