Flat located on the 4th floor and equipped with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds). Furthermore, there is a spacious, cosy living room (sofa bed for 2 persons), terrace with magnificent sea views, fully equipped open kitchen, a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have access to the sunny terrace with open views of the hinterland.  The garage is not suitable for large cars, only smaller cars or bicycles.  Wifi: yes - garage: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
