Step directly from the terrace into the lake's clear waters for a refreshing swim, using the convenient swimming ladder, or simply unwind while soaking in the breathtaking views. For an elevated experience, head up the exterior staircase to the roof terrace, where you can lounge on comfortable sofas and enjoy panoramic views of the lake. The terrace features artificial grass and a sun umbrella, creating the perfect relaxing spot to soak up the surroundings.
The living room has a comfortable couch and a table with a view of the shore through the large windows. The living room leads out onto the terrace with two comfortable sofas and a table for lounging by the water. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a hob, coffee machine (Senseo), fridge, and kettle. The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double box spring bed (160x200cm) with two single duvets and pillows. A bunk bed with two single beds (80x200cm) can be found in the second bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping places if more than 4 people are staying in the accommodation. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, electric heater, hairdryer, and shower cabin with sliding glass walls. The fully insulated Houseboat also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. It is possible from April 1 to November 1 to use the washer and dryer in the adjacent Driesen Marina for a fee. In addition to the Houseboat, there is also room to bring your boat of a maximum of 2.5 * 5. Parking is available in the nearby car park. It is a five-minute walk to the houseboat, and there are luggage trolleys available in the harbor.
